EExd Centrifuge Control System (Inverter Drive)

The inverter drive centrifuge control system was designed as an all in one solution for well drilling, fitted with vibromotor, oilpump and main motor control.
Upon system start the panel supplies power to the oil pump which lubricates the drill, then the vibro-motor starts to enable the drill to cut the earth better. Finally the main motor starts and the drill rotates.
With its easy to use operation the system allows the user to control the speed of the drilling using inverter technology with increase and decrease pushbuttons on the front of the control panel. The system also gives full status indication via LED's, on the front of the panel.
If the system encounters a fault condition the alarm will sound and after a preset time if the fault does not clear the system shuts down.
Interconnections are via a stainless steel junction box at the bottom of the assembly.
EExd HPU Starter System

45KW Hydraulic Power Unit starter system, for controlling the operation of HPU Skids. The starter consists of a main incoming junction box with facility for remote emergency stop, EExd isolator enclosure and a main control panel with start/stop/emergency stop functions, voltage selector switch and indication lamps for faults and operational conditions are also mounted on the front of the panel.
The system is designed to operate at 400/440/480/660/690V via a lockable selector switch on the front of the panel.
The system can also operate in start delta or direct online mode at varying voltages.
EExd Purge Pressurisation F & G Panel

With safety in mind, the Purge Pressurisation, Fire and gas system was created to keep contained areas safe from fire and gas hazards in the offshore oil industry.
The system consists of a fan motor, flow sensor, pressure sensor, gas detector and a fire detector. The system is started by pressing the fan start pushbutton on the front panel that operates the fan motor. Once the fan starts it operates a flow switch and the purging indicator appears on the front panel. As soon as the area is pressurised the purged indicator will illuminate allowing the main start to operate, which enables the power supply to the area.
If there is a loss of pressure/flow or if the smoke/gas detectors detect a fault over a designated level an alarm will sound, if the fault persists the power to the area is shutdown, if the fault clears normal operation is resumed.
The system is also equiped with a bypass keyswitch to inhibit the fire and gas system detection system for operation in safe areas.
NHA 6.6KV Contactor Plate

This contactor plate was designed to be housed at the base of equipment racks for the switching of very high voltage loads, equipped with an energising time delay function and terminals for remote activation, plus a choke that provides smoothing on the circuit.
Zone 1 6x16A Distribution System

The 10KVA distribution system was created to supply power outlets for small tools in a hazardous area, with a mains incoming termination box, isolated transformer enclosure and 6 way distribution board, suppling protection to 6 x 16A socket outlets mounted at the bottom of the assembly.
Mounted on a painted steel frame with lifting eyes for easy transportation.
